摘　　要：本文通过分析ISO9001的核心要素,探讨了实施质量管理信息化需要抓住的重要环节,提出了实施质量管理信息化需注意的问题,认为采用ECA-SOA平台实施质量管理信息化对于设计院是可行的方案。After analyzing the core element of ISO9001,it explains the important point for enforcing Quality Control Informatization,proposed the problems that need attention to developing the Quality Control Informatization system.It considered that ECA-SOA platform for the implementation of Quality Control Informatization for design institute is feasible scheme.
