过敏康Ⅱ号胶囊对AsAb阳性大鼠附睾精子凋亡率的影响

摘　　要：[目的]研究过敏康Ⅱ号胶囊对AsAb阳性大鼠附睾精子凋亡的影响。[方法]以SD大鼠同种精子制备抗原,主动免疫法建立AsAb阳性大鼠模型,TUNEL法观察过敏康Ⅱ号胶囊给药对实验动物附睾精子凋亡率的影响。[结果]过敏康Ⅱ号胶囊可降低AsAb阳性大鼠附睾精子凋亡率。[结论]过敏康Ⅱ号胶囊对AsAb阳性大鼠具有治疗作用,其作用与过敏康Ⅱ号胶囊能降低AsAb阳性大鼠附睾精子凋亡率密切相关。[Objective]To observe the effect of Capsule Guominkang Ⅱ on apoptosis rate of spermatozoa of AsAb positive male rat.[Method] Tunel method was used to observe the curative effects of capsule Guominkang Ⅱ apoptosis rate of rat spermatozoa.[Results] Capsule Guominkang Ⅱ can decrease the apoptosis rate of spermatozoa.[Conclusion] Regulating the apoptosis rate of spermatozoa is one of the curative mechanisms of Capsule GuominkangⅡ.
