复发性口腔溃疡家兔外周血IL-10及IL-12水平的变化及意义

摘　　要：[目的]探讨复发性口腔溃疡家兔外周血IL-10及IL-12水平的变化及意义。[方法]采用免疫方法建立复发性口腔溃疡动物模型,将实验家兔分为正常组、模型组及左旋咪唑组,从实验的第7周开始,左旋咪唑组以相应药物灌胃,其他两组以生理盐水灌胃,共连续28天,取耳缘静脉检测血清IL-10及IL-12的水平。[结果]血清IL-10:模型组[(1412.80±102.40)pg.mL-1]较正常组[(1035.80±64.12)pg.mL-1]升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),左旋咪唑组[(1150.83±78.33)pg.mL-1]与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);血清IL-12:模型组[(1240.10±386.99)pg.mL-1]较正常组[(2046.65±282.21)pg.mL-1]降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),左旋咪唑组[(1860.85±247.01)pg.mL-1]与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]复发性口腔溃疡家兔免疫功能处于抑制状态,通过药物作用调节血清IL-10及IL-12水平,从而改善免疫抑制状态,可以达到治疗复发性口腔溃疡的目的。[Objective]Research on the changes and significance of IL-10 and IL-12 in recurrent oral ulcer rabbits' peripheral blood.[Methods]Set up the recurrent oral ulcer rabbit model.Classify the rabbits into normal group,modeling group and levamisole group.Nourishing all the rabbits 7weeks,perfuse the drug for the levamisole group while the physiological saline for other groups,after 28days.Take the marginal vein of rabbit ear and test the changes and significance of IL-10 and IL-12.[Result]IL-10: the modeling group [(1412.80±102.40)pg/ml] is higher than the normal group[(1035.80±64.12)pg/ml],P<0.01;compared the levamisole group [(1150.83±78.33)pg/ml] with normal group,P<0.01,it has the statistical significance.IL-12:the modeling group [(1240.10±386.99)pg/ml]is lower than the normal group [(2046.65±282.21)pg/ml],P<0.01,compared the levamisole group[(1860.85±247.01)pg/ml] with normal group,P<0.01,it has the statistical significance.[Conclusion]The recurrent oral ulcer rabbits' immune function is in inhibitory state.The levamisole can change this situation by regulating the IL-10 and IL-12 then cure the recurrent oral ulcer.
