经络点穴推拿对人类亚健康状态的临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察经络点穴推拿调治亚健康的疗效。[方法]对100例亚健康患者随机分常规推拿组和经络点穴推拿组。[结果]治疗30天后,总有效率:常规推拿组96%,经络点穴推拿组100%。[结论]点穴推拿调治亚健康安全、有效,具有巨大的市场潜力的广阔的发展前景,值得临床推广。[Objective]Observation of therapeutic effect on regulating subhealth through point-pressing massage along the meridians[Methods]The 100 subhealth patients were randomly divided into routine massage group and point-pressing massage group.[Results]After 30 days therapy,the valid rate of routine massage group is 96%,the point-pressing massage group is 100%.[Conclusion]Point-pressing massage regulating subhealth is safe,comfortable,valid;it has great market potential prosperous future,it deserves promotion clinical practice.
