肺炎支原体感染并支气管哮喘患儿血清肿瘤坏死因子与内皮素变化

摘　　要：目的:检测肺炎支原体(MP)感染并支气管哮喘患儿血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)与血浆内皮素(ET-1)的水平,探讨二者的相关性。方法:将67例支气管哮喘患儿分为肺炎支原体组(MP组)和非肺炎支原体组(哮喘组),酶联免疫法测定血清中TNF-α含量和ET-1水平,并与50例健康儿童进行对照。结果:MP组和哮喘组TNF-α与ET-1水平均较对照组高(P<0.05),MP组较哮喘组显著升高(P<0.05);2组TNF-α与ET-1均呈正相关(r=0.976,P<0.05和r=0.741,P<0.01)。结论:TNF-α与ET-1水平高低可作为哮喘患儿感染肺炎支原体的诊断与预后指标。Ob je c tive To investigate the express ion leve ls of tumor necros is factor- (TNF- ) and endothelin- 1( ET- 1 ) in serum of children w ithmycoplasma pneumon ia infec tion complica ting bronch itis asthma. Me thods Sixty- seven children with bronchitis asthmawere d ivided intomycop lasma pneumon ia infec tion group(MP group) and non-mycoplasma pneumonia infection group( asthma group).
