农村合作金融机构非现场监管工作中的若干问题研究

摘　　要：在金融监管工作中,非现场监管重在事前,通过报表和数据信息进行系统分析、预测和监测,可以第一时间发现金融机构的风险预警信号和重大问题的端倪,对银行风险预警有前瞻性,所以非现场监管工作已成为银行业监管的核心。近期,延边银监分局开展专题调研,对农村合作金融机构非现场监管工作中存在的问题,进行深入分析并提出了开展非现场监管工作应把握的原则。Off-site supervision is one kind of financial regulations that focus mostly on Warning beforehand. Through forecasting and monitoring based on the reports and data,the warning signals and inkling of serious problems of financial institutions can be found without delay. As a result,off-site supervision has become the core of global banking supervision. Recently,a survey done by Yianbian CBRC branch office reflected some problems of the off-site supervision of rural cooperative financial institutions. Also,some guidelines were given in this article,after carefully study of the survey.
