农业银行“三农金融事业部”改革试点工作的成效与不足——以吉林市为例

摘　　要：中国农业银行根据相关要求,在全国选择了8家分行进行"三农金融事业部"改革试点,其中吉林市农行作为8家试点行中的二级分行于2010年4月启动了事业部制改革,2010年12月末各县市农行完成了"三级督导、一级经营"的组织架构。对其三农金融事业部的体制建设、运营机制及经营情况进行的调查显示,改革初显成效,县域农行经营活力被激发,但改革试点受多种因素制约也存在一定不足。The Agricultural Bank of China selected 8 branches to establish pilot reform of the financial department of 'Agriculture,Countryside,and Farmers'.As one of the 8 branches,Jilin Branch launched the reform in April,2010,and the reform was roughly completed in the end of 2010.Based on the investigation of the overall reform,the reform is successful,especially in activating the agricultural banks in rural areas.But the reform needs to be improved and implemented further in the future.
