摘　　要：通过对西城雅筑花苑项目基坑方案的比选分析,对套管灌注桩与旋喷桩咬合形成基坑支护及止水帷幕进行研究,在施工实践的基础上对该新技术应用进行总结,提出了环保、经济可行的基坑支护及止水方法,取得良好的经济和社会效益。Through comparison analysis of the Foundation pit of West City Garden programs,and research on Jet Grouting Pile tube occlusion with the formation of excavation and waterproof curtain.This practice in the construction of new technologies on the basis of summarizing the proposed environmental protection and economic feasibility of the foundation pit and sealing methods,and achieved good economic and social benefits.
