摘  要:自动调整臂是汽车制动系统的关键性部件,而蹄鼓间隙调整量是衡量自动调整臂自调功能的重要参数,针对这一参数,依照美国SAE J1462-1994标准,设计了自调功能的检测系统.从整体上介绍了自调功能检测系统的测试原理和测试方案,又从硬件和软件两个方面设计了检测系统,并对试验结果进行分析.实验表明该系统运行稳定、测量准确,达到了标准的设计要求.Automatic slack adjuster is the key component of the automobile braking system.Hoof drum clearance is an important parameter which used to measure the automatic adjustment function of automatic slack adjuster.A corresponding detection system for the parameter was designed according to the standard SAE J1462-1994.It discussed the testing principle and scheme of detecting system which had automatic adjustment function.At the same time,the detecting system was designed based on both the hardware and software,and test results were analyzed as well.The experimental results show that the system runs stably and measures accurately for the standard design requirements.
