全数字化乳腺摄影常见伪影与对策探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨全数字化乳腺摄影(FFDM)中常见伪影的形成与消除方法,以减少或消除乳腺检查时产生的伪影,达到改善图像的质量,为诊断提供良好的影像资料。方法:回顾性分析2007年6月至2009年6月使用GE senographe DS钼铑双靶数字成像设备、柯达8900干式激光打印机、柯达干式激光片行3000例次(图像12000幅)乳腺摄影,产生伪影的种类及其原因。结果:人为伪影100幅(0.8%);打印机伪影30幅(0.25%);成像板伪影12幅(0.1%);滤线栅伪影10幅(0.08%);其他伪影6幅(0.05%)。结论:正确认识各种常见伪影及其产生的原因,才能充分地利用各种技术,来有效地抑制或消除伪影,提高图像质量。Objective: To study artifacts found in full-field digital mammography(FFDM) and apply the effective means to avoid them in order to improve image quality and provide favourable information for clinical diagnosis.Methods: The categories and causes of mammry artifacts found in 3000 patients(12000 pictures) obtained from 2007.06 to 2009.06 by using GE senographe DS,Kodak dry laser printer and Kodak dry view were analyzed retrospectively.Results: Artifical artifacts 100 images(0.8%);Printer artifacts 30 images(0.25%);Imaging plate artifacts 12 images(0.1%);Grid artifacts 10 images(0.008%) and any other artifacts 6 images(0.005%).Conclusions: The artifacts can be efficiently restrained or eliminatd if the factors that induce artifacts are correctly recognized and the effective means are applied.
