摘 要:选黑索今炸药(RDX)为高温高压源、双氰胺(C2H4N4)为主要前驱体,采用爆炸冲击法制备含CN的氮化碳粉末,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)和X射线能谱(EDS)分析制得的氮化碳产物的形貌、成分和结构。结果表明:冲击波作用下,前驱体中C帒N及CN发生断键,得到碳氮单键直接相连的C3N4晶体。氮化碳粉末的XRD分析结果表明,有α-C3N4、β-C3N4和石墨相C3N4存在;利用扫描电子显微镜观测到粒度为2μm的六边形β-C3N4晶粒。在前驱体中添加5-氨基四氮唑(CH3N5)可有效提高产物的氮含量。Carbon nitride powders with C Nbonds were prepared by taking 1,3,5-trinitro-1,3,5-triazacyclohexane(RDX) as the high-temperature,high-pressure source as well as dicyandiamide(C2H4N4) as the primary precursor.The morphology,composition and structure of the products were characterized by using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(EDS).The results show that all the C Nbonds and the great mass of the CN bonds in the precursor are destroyed and turned into C3N4 crystal mainly with C Nbonds.XRD results suggest that the product includes α-C3N4,β-C3N4 and graphite-C3N4 crystals.Some hexagonal particles of 2 μm in size are observed in the scanning electron microscopy.Nitrogen content in the products can be effectively improved by adding 5-aminotetrazole(CH3N5) in precursors.
