植物生长调节剂对北美香柏木质化效果比较研究

摘　　要：采用多效唑(PP333)、烯效唑(S3307)、矮壮素(CCC)、比久(B9)对北美香柏进行喷施处理,探讨4种植物生长调节剂对北美香柏植株木质化的影响。结果表明:不同生长调节剂处理对北美香柏植株木质化有显著促进作用,以A1B4(多效唑2.0 g/L)、A1B3(多效唑2.0 g/L)、A2B4(烯效唑2.5 g/L)、A3B4(矮壮素2.5 g/L)、A4B4(比久2.5 g/L)、A2B3(烯效唑2.0 g/L)差异显著效果明显,可考虑用于北美香柏城市园林绿化和生产推广。The effects of four kinds plant growth regulators of paclobutrazol(PP 333),uniconazole(S 3007),chlorchol-inchlorid(CCC) and aminozide(B9) and the method of foliar spray were studied on Thuja occidentalis.The results showed that different growth regulators had an significant effect of promoting the lignification of Thuja occidentalis especially A1B4(PP 333 2.5 g/L),A1B3(PP 333 2.0 g/L),A2B4(S 3307 2.5 g/L),A3B4(C-CC 2.5 g/L),A4B4(B9 2.5 g/L) and A2B3(S 3307 2.0 g/L) and it can be considered for urban landscapeand the production and promotion.
