摘  要:采用简易静态熏气装置对3 a生盆栽东北红豆杉进行熏气处理,研究不同浓度SO2对东北红豆杉叶片膜脂过氧化、游离脯氨酸含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、抗氧化酶活性、叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明:随着SO2浓度的增加,东北红豆杉叶片的叶片膜透性增大,丙二醛、脯氨酸含量均显著增加,可溶性蛋白质含量呈先升后降又上升趋势,叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量均比对照显著降低,且叶绿素a/b比值随处理浓度的增加呈现先上升后下降的趋势,叶片抗氧化酶活性除POD在21 mg/m3处理下增幅较小外,总体呈上升趋势。不同SO2浓度处理对东北红豆杉造成了氧化胁迫,但东北红豆杉能通过自身的调节能力,提高对SO2的抗性,是抗性较强的树种之一。Three-year-old potted samples of Taxus cuspidate were treated with different concentrations of sulfur dioxide in a closed fumigation equipepment,the changes in activities of SOD,POD and CAT,membrance permeability and contents of MDA,proline,soluble proteins and chlorophyll were measured.The results showed that membrance permeability,the contents of MDA and proline increased,while soluble protein content increased and then decreased and increased again and the contents of chlorophyll-a,chlorophyll-b and total chlorophyll decreased with the increment of sulfur dioxide concentration compared with the control level and the ratio chlorophyll-a/b first increased and then decreased.The SOD,POD and CAT activity of the samples all showed an upward trend,but the activity of POD hardly increased at the concentration of 21 mg/m3.Oxidative stress on Taxus cuspidata was caused by different sulfur dioxide concentrations after being treated.However,through its regulation of Taxus cuspidata,it could increase the resistance to sulfur dioxide and it was one of tree species of the strongest resistance to sulfur dioxide.
