摘  要:研究不同水质对绿豆萌发的影响。结果表明:5种水质和维生素饮料处理对绿豆吸水萌发影响并不相同,维生素饮料处理不利于绿豆的吸水萌发并出现大量腐烂死亡,其它5种处理绿豆萌发指标差异不显著,但吸水率以矿质水最好;在绿豆萌发后生长过程中总重、胚轴重、胚轴粗、胚轴长以自来水生长效果最好。To provide guidance of selecting drinking water,6 kinds of drinking waters were investigated by measurement of the indexes of water absorption,germination characteristics and growing development of mung beaa The using drinking waters were tap water,boiled tap water,natural mineral water,pure water,man-made mineral water and vitamin drinking in the research.The results showed that vitamin drinking were not conducive to the germination and water-drinked,and significant differences with other five kinds of drinking water.Howerver,no significant differences were observed during five kinds of drinking water.About growing development of mung bean,treament of tap water were best of the weights of bud vegetable and hypocotyls,diameter and length of hypocotyls.
