摘　　要：以开发《成都医学院学报》编辑部管理信息系统为背景,将编辑部业务流程与工作流技术相结合,提出一种改进的审稿流程和系统架构,在Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server平台对系统进行设计与开发,最后对系统上线的实施效果进行分析,认为该系统能够有效地帮助编辑人员提高工作效率。This Paper is for the implementation of the management information system used by the editory department of the Journal of Chengdu Medical College.An improved review process and system architecture were proposed by combing the review procedure with the workflow technology.This system was developed in the Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server Platform.The actual operational performance of this system shows better efficiency for editorial staff.
