摘　　要：在总结赣抚平原灌区用水户参与灌溉管理改革的发展进程、经验和体会的基础上,分析了该灌区用水户参与灌溉管理改革的成效、作用和存在的问题,从而提出了相应的对策.Based on summarizing the development course,experience and understanding of participating in the reform of irrigation management by water users of Ganfu Plain Irrigation Area,the effect,influeme and the existing problems are analyzed.At last,the countermeasure is proposed in this paper.
