HPLC测定止痛散中胡椒碱含量的研究

摘　　要：目的:建立止痛散中胡椒碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法。色谱柱为Hypersil ODS 2 C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm.5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(75:25);柱温:25℃;检测波长:328 nm;流速:1 ml/min;结果:胡椒碱在1.5～9.0μg/ml浓度呈良好线性关系。回归方程:Y=9027.9X-36.747,r=0.9996。平均回收率:96.65%,RSD=1.22%(n=6)。结论:测定方法简变,准确,重现性好,适用于止痛散的含量测定。Objective: To establish the method determining content of Pepper alkali in Zhi tong powder.Method: High performance liquid chromatography was employed,chromatographic column being Hypersil ODS C18(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm);mobile phase being methanol-water(75:25);Flow rate being 1 ml/min,Column temperature being 25℃;Examining wavelength being 328 nm.Results: There was good linear relationship with administration of Pepper alkali within1.5～9 μg/ml,the regression equation being Y =9027.9 X-36.747,r=0.9996,average rate of recovery being 96.65%,RSD being 1.22%(n=6).Conclusion: The method was fit to examine content of Pepper alkali owing to its convenience accuracy and good reproductiveness.
