射干麻黄汤对哮喘豚鼠引喘潜伏期及抗炎作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察射干麻黄汤对哮喘豚鼠引喘潜伏期及抗炎作用。方法:观察射干麻黄汤对哮喘豚鼠引喘潜伏期的影响,并通过二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验及对小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的影响来评价其抗炎疗效。结果:射干麻黄汤高中剂量组能显著延长哮喘豚鼠的引喘潜伏期,明显抑制小鼠耳廓的肿胀程度及腹腔毛细血管的通透性(P<0.01),低剂量组亦有一定的作用。结论:射干麻黄汤具有明显的平喘抗炎作用。Objective: To evaluate the mechanism of MaXin ShiGan Decoction on Latent period of asthma and anti-inflammation.Methods: To observe the influence of MaXin ShiGan Decoction on latent period of asthma in asthmatic guinea pigs and evaluate the anti-inflammatory effect by mouse ear swelling induced by xylene and peritoneal capillary permeability.Results:High and middle dose of MaXin ShiGan Decoction significantly prolonged the latent period of asthma in asthmatic guinea pigs,inhibited the ear swelling of mice and peritoneal capillary permeability(P <0.01),and the low dose groups have the effects too.Conclusions:MaXin ShiGan Decoction has significant anti-wheeze and anti-inflammatory effect of asthma.
