摘　　要：回顾了近年来血管性痴呆(V D)中医药实验研究概况,对中医药在改善脑组织递质的含量,改变血液流变性,清除自由基,影响基因表达及促进VD患者智力、社会活动功能的康复,提高生活质量等诸多方面给予了肯定,指出了当前在实验研究存在的不足,并为中医药在今后防治血管性痴呆病指明了方向。This article introduced the recent year's vascular dementia(VD) of traditional Chinese medicine experiment research situation,in Chinese medicine to improve brain tissue,change the content pass blood rheology,scavenging free radicals,influence of gene expression and promote intelligence,social activities with VD of the function recovery,improve the quality of life,and many other aspects to give the affirmation,points out the experimental study in the shortcomings of the traditional Chinese medicine,and points the dirction to prevent and control of vascular dementia in the future.
