摘  要:目的研究4℃储血冰箱不同血液制剂载量与箱内采集点温度的相关性;以及4℃储血冰箱不同血液制剂载量时箱内采集点温度与箱外固定显示器温度的相关性。方法将外置式温度仪内置探头固定在4℃储血冰箱各采集点,观察空载量、50%储血载量与100%储血载量点温度及箱外固定显示器温度并记录。结果 4℃储血冰箱在空载量、50%储血载量与100%储血载量状态时,各采集点温度相互比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与4℃储血冰箱箱外固定显示器温度相互比较差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。另外,在不同观察时间(2AM、8AM、2PM与8PM)4℃储血冰箱不同载量状态下箱内采集点温度与箱外固定显示器温度相互比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在4℃储血冰箱不同载量状态下,每天任何时间段及温度仪放置在4℃储血冰箱内任何部位,均不影响对箱内温度的监测效果。Objective To study on the relationship between different storage capacity and point temperature inside of the 4℃ blood storage refrigerator;and to investigate the relationship between different blood storage capacities and the temperature showed on the displayer outside of the refrigerator.Methods To make use of external thermometer and built-in probe set on the collection locations inside of the refrigerator,and to observe and record the point temperature of zero load state,50% load state and 100% load state respectively,as well as the temperature showed on the displayer outside of the refrigerator.Results There was no significant difference(P>0.05)among the inside collection temperatures at zero load state,50% load state and 100% load state,there was also no significant difference(P>0.05) compared with outside displayed temperatures.Moreover,there was no significant difference(P>0.05) between inside collection temperatures and outside displayed temperatures at different observation time(2AM,8AM,2PM and 8PM).Conclusion There is no influence on the monitoring results at different load conditions wherever the thermometer tested and whenever tested.
