巴润精矿对包钢球团矿性能影响的研究

摘　　要：包钢在球团矿生产过程中配加巴润精矿方面的实践经验很少,因此有必要对球团矿配加巴润精矿后的性能进行研究.研究结果表明,随着巴润矿粉配比的增加,球团矿的液相量和孔隙率增加;球团矿的强度、还原度和还原膨胀率增大;通过对显微组织的分析表明,加入巴润矿粉后球团矿的还原度变大,导致了异常膨胀的产生.Baotou Iron and Steel(Group) Co.has little practical experience in the use of iron ore concentrate from Barun-ore mine added to its pellet,so it's necessary to study the performance.The results of study show that the liquid and porosity quantity increase with adding iron ore concentrate from Barun-ore mine to pellets;strength,reduction degree and expansion ratio of the pellets also increase in the reduction process;the analyses of microstructure show that reduction degree increases after the addition of iron ore concentrate from Barun-ore mine,leading to abnormal expansion.
