摘 要:利用真空感应熔炼炉制备了AZ91-xNd合金(x=1%,1.5%,2%),采用X射线衍射(XRD)、光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和电子能谱分析仪(EDS)等手段,对不同Nd含量实验合金进行了显微组织观察和分析,实验结果表明,Nd的加入使合金中枝晶组织增多,枝晶间距变小,β(Mg17Al12)相由沿晶界分布的半连续的网状转变为细小、弥散的岛状.同时,在晶界处和晶粒内部析出粒状和条状Al2Nd相,并且随着Nd含量的增加,Al2Nd相增加.其中AZ91-2%Nd合金,组织细化最明显.AZ91-xNd(x=1%,1.5%,2%)alloys were prepared by vacuum induction melting process.Microstructures of different neodymium content alloy were investigated and analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM),and energy diffraction spectrum(EDS).The experimental results show that with the addition of neodymium,the dendrite became more and the dendrite spacing became small;β(Mg17Al12) phase along the grain boundaries transisted from the semi-continuous network into small,dispersed and islandlike distribution.At the same time,the Al2Nd phase of granular and strip in the grain boundary and grain interior increased with the increase of neodymium content,and the grains of AZ91-2%Nd alloy are the finest.
