摘 要:以氯化钇溶液为原料,碳酸氢铵溶液为沉淀剂,氢氟酸为氟化剂制备氟氧化钇粉体,利用XRD、粒度仪和TEM对氟氧化钇进行表征,研究灼烧温度对氟氧化钇的晶体结构、粒度和形貌的影响.结果表明,随着灼烧温度升高,氟氧化钇晶化程度逐渐增大,并在500~600℃发生了从六方相到立方相的相变,粒度随着温度的升高而降低.Yttrium oxyfluoride was synthesized through precipitation in aqueous solution by reacting with yttrium chloride as the raw material,ammonium bicarbonate as the precipitator,and hydrofluoric acid as the fluridizer.XRD,Particle Size Apparatus and TEM were used to characterize the physical performance of yttrium oxyfluoride in order to study the effects of calcination temperature on crystal structure,particle size and appearance of yttrium oxyfluoride.The results indicate that the degree of crystal increases gradually and phase change from hexagon to cubic occurs at 500-600 ℃,then the particle size decreases with the rise of calcination temperature.
