低软化点硼硅酸盐微晶玻璃的制备

摘　　要：利用DSC,XRD,SEM等检测手段研究了低软化点硼硅酸盐微晶玻璃的析晶行为和微晶玻璃的微观结构.结果表明,随着热处理温度的升高,微晶玻璃的主晶相由锌钙透辉石相转变为钛酸锌相,晶粒的形貌为长条状.当热处理温度为730℃时,微晶玻璃的抗弯强度最大为120.4 MPa,体积密度最大为2.75 g/cm3,吸水率最小为0.17%.The crystallization behavior and microstructures of low-softening borosilicate glass-ceramics were studied by DSC,XRD and SEM.The results show that with the increase of heat treatment temperature,the main crystal phases changed from petedunnite to zinc titanate,and the shapes of the crystals were long-strip.When the heat treatment temperature is 730 ℃,the maximum bending strength of the glass ceramics is 120.4Mpa,the maximum density was 2.75 g/cm3,and the minimum water absorptivity was 0.17%.
