摘　　要：从新制度经济学角度看,西部地区人地关系失调的深层次原因在于制度方面的欠缺与不健全。要实现西部地区人地关系的和谐发展,必须通过一系列的制度安排和制度变迁,从非正式规则、正式规则和实施机制三方面打破路径依赖。In the light of the new institutional economics,the deep-seated reasons of our western regions′ man-land disharmonious lie on the institutional deficiency and distemperedness. To actualize its harmonious development,it′s should be made to break the path dependence from three aspects of informal constraints,formal constraints and actualizing mechanism by a series of institutional arrangement and institutional variance.
