摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国经济保持较快的发展速度,也出现了资源浪费、环境污染、结构失衡等影响科学发展的问题,这些问题制约了国民经济全面协调可持续发展。文章从辨析循环经济的内涵及相关概念出发,分析目前我国发展循环经济的意义及实施现状,找出问题和突破点,提出我国发展循环经济的政策措施和建议。Since reform and opening up,China′s economy has maintained rapid growth. However,with rapid economic development,there have been problems like wasting of resources,environmental pollution,and structural imbalances. These problems constrain the development of comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable of national economy. According to the concept of circular economy,this paper analyses the background of the newest achievements of circular economy exploration of China,then discusses the significance to improve the efficiency of China′s circular economy and to make corresponding countermeasures,to give gist for China to further strengthen the construction of circular economy.
