摘　　要：知识经济时代,隐性知识已成为建筑企业保障竞争优势和持续发展的重要资源。隐性知识只有通过共享交流才能实现其真正的价值。文章在分析建筑企业隐性知识共享的现状、意义及阻力的基础上,提出了建筑企业隐性知识共享的几点对策:设立知识主管、构建隐性知识共享平台、营造建筑企业隐性知识共享的文化,从理论方面初步阐述了隐性知识共享的方法对策,其实际应用有待于在实践中继续完善与深入研究。The era of knowledge economy,the tacit knowledge has become an important resource of ensuring competitive advantage and sustainable development in construction enterprise. Only through the sharing and communication,Tacit knowledge can be realized its real value. This paper based on the analysis of the present situation of tacit knowledge sharing in the construction,put forward some countermeasures of the construction enterprise tacit knowledge sharing:establish the chief knowledge officer;construct tacit knowledge sharing platform;build enterprise culture of tacit knowledge sharing. Of course,this paper only from the theory initially described tacit knowledge sharing strategies;its practical application has yet to continue to improve in practice and in-depth study.
