摘　　要：矿产企业间的开发利益博弈关系主要有竞争与合作两大类。企业与矿产地社区(村落)间的利益博弈关系体现在两者各自利用资源的特性,在双赢基础上进行的广泛、多层次的交流及其深远影响。即使没有矿产地社区(村落)对企业的引导和约束,企业间信任程度的增加,合作发生的可能性也会增大。在矿产地社区(村落)生态意识觉醒的情况下,通过对企业利益结构的改变,矫正了企业行为取向;加大了企业间合作策略的区间,避免了污染和资源浪费问题。应培育矿产地社区(村落)的生态意识,提升其话语权;构建企业产权法人化的现代企业制度;监督、规范和引导企业间的利益博弈态势向着矿产资源开发利益和谐的方向发展。The basic interest game relations between enterprises mainly include competition and cooperation. The manifestation of interest game relations between enterprise and community(village) of orefield rests with the extensive and multilevel intercommunion and the far-reaching influence by means of each characteristic resource,on the basis of win-win. On the condition of lacking the intervention from the community(village) of orefield,the probability of cooperation among enterprises improved along with the degree of trust one another. Relying on changing the benefit structures of the enterprise,community(village) of orefield can remedy the behavior direction of enterprise and improve the space of cooperation among enterprises so as to refrain from environment pollution and resources waste. To supervise,and guide the interest game among enterprises to the direction of interest harmony,the consciousness of ecological environmental protection should be bred;right of speech promoted;modern enterprise system of legal entity in the opinion of property rights established.
