摘　　要：目的分离和鉴定醋制甘遂的化学成分。方法用色谱技术进行分离、纯化,通过理化常数和波谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果从乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了9个化合物,分别为大戟醇(1)、麦芽酚(2)、β-谷甾醇-3-O-6-硬脂酰葡萄糖苷(3)、5-羟基麦芽酚(4)、棕榈酸(5)、棕榈酸甘油酯(6)、丁二酸(7)、β-谷甾醇(8)、胡萝卜苷(9)结论化合物2、4、6、7为首次从甘遂中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents of the vinegar-processed Kansui Radix.Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography and their structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral analyses.Results Nine compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as euphorbol(1),maltol(2),sitosterol-3-O-6-stearoyl-β-D-glucopyrano side(3),5-oxymaltol(4),plamitic acid(5),2,3-dihydroxypropylpalmitate(6),succinic acid(7),β-Sitosterol(8),daucoster(9).Conclusion Compounds 2,4,6,7 were isolated from the vinegar-processed Kansui Radix for the first time.
