十二指肠肿瘤的MSCT诊断

摘　　要：目的:探讨MSCT对十二指肠肿瘤性病变的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析24例经手术病理或胃镜活检病理证实的十二指肠肿块的MSCT表现,全部病例均经术前SIEMENS SENSATION 4层或16层螺旋CT平扫和增强扫描,对原始图像数据再行薄层重组和MPR、MIP重组。CT检查结果与病理结果对照,以病理结果为金标准。结果:腺瘤和腺癌诊断的准确性69%;对良恶性间质瘤的诊断准确性80%;对脂肪瘤的诊断的准确性100%;对良恶性壶腹癌的诊断的准确性67%。结论:MSCT可诊断十二指肠肿瘤,定性准确率较高,对术前诊断和鉴别诊断有重要参考价值。Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of duodenal tumors by multislice computed tomography(MSCT).Methods:24 patients with duodenal tumors confirmed by endoscopic biopsy or surgical pathology were underwent the plain and contrast scanning with 4-or 16-slice spiral CT.On the axial image data reconstruction multi-planar reformation(MPR) and maximal intensity projection(MIP) were respectively performed.CT and pathologic results of examination results according to pathological findings as the gold standard.Results:Accuracy duodenal adenoma and duodenal adenocarcinoma 69%,duodenal lipoma accuracy 100%,duodenal stromal tumor accuracy 80%,ampullary carcinoma accuracy 67%.Conclusion:MSCT can be diagnosed tumor of the duodenum,a high qualitative accuracy of preoperative diagnosis and differential diagnosis has important reference value.
