摘 要:目的:探讨16层螺旋CT在迷走血管压迫性肾盂积水中的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析11例经手术确诊为迷走血管压迫导致肾盂积水的患者CT资料,所有患者均通过多平面重组(MPR)、曲面重组(CPR)、容积再现(VR)方式显示。结果:11例增强多期扫描图像可较好显示输尿管受压部位、范围、程度及迷走血管的走行的位置、形态。结论:16层螺旋CT对迷走血管压迫性肾盂积水具备安全、无创、快捷,且特异性高的特点,可作为筛选迷走血管压迫性肾盂积水的首选方法。Objective:To investigate the value of 16 slice spiral CT in compress hydronephrosis by aberrant blood vessel.Methods:The CT data of 11 patients who receive surgery were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were underwent MPR,CPR,VR.Results:The contrast-enhanced CT of 11 cases show that the position,range and degree of ureter compression as well as the position and morphology of aberrant blood vessel.Conclusion:The 16 slice spiral CT diagnosis of compressive hydronephrosis by aberrant blood vessel is a secure,noninvasive,repeatable detective method.It is also very sensitive and specific.It is a reliable and accurate screening modality for the evaluation.
