摘  要:目的:显示椎管内骨嵴三维立体结构,测量其大小、形态。方法:63例脊髓纵裂合并椎管内骨嵴患者行螺旋CT容积扫描,共发现79个骨嵴,将其原始数据减薄行容积再现技术(volume rendering technique,VRT)重建。结果:骨嵴可分为不分叉型及分叉型,不分叉型65个,分叉型14个,不分叉型明显多于分叉型(P<0.05);不分叉型有多种形态,在胸腰段形态多为前后粗中间细前端径线大于后端径线且前中部上下径大于宽径形(P<0.05);上腰段骨嵴前端宽径明显大于其它节段(P<0.05);分叉型多为后方分叉型,总共14个分叉型中有7个位于腰1节段。结论:VRT图像可以清晰显示椎管内骨嵴的三维解剖学形态,其在椎管内骨嵴诊断及术前评估中具有重要的应用价值。Objective:To display the three-dimensional morphology of the intraspinal bony septum and measure their diameters.Methods:Three-dimensional reconstruction with volume rendering technique on the workstation of 79 intraspinal bony septa in 63 patients was conducted using spiral CT scanning.Results:The bony septa were classified into two types as bifurcation or not.65 septa were not bifurcation.The other 14 were bifurcation.The number of not bifurcation septa was more than that of bifurcation(P<0.05).The morphology of not bifurcation septa was various.The morphology of most of the septa at thoracolumbar segments was thick at the bi-ends and thin at the center,and the diameter of the anterior end was bigger than that of the posterior end(P<0.05).Most of the bifurcations septa were at the posterior end.7 of the 14 bifurcation septa were at the first lumbar segment.Conclusion:The three-dimensional anatomy structure of the intraspinal bony septum could be clearly displayed on 3D images,it has an important application value in diagnosis and preoperative evaluation of the intraspinal bony septum.
