小儿腹膜后神经母细胞瘤螺旋CT与超声表现对比分析

摘　　要：目的:总结小儿腹膜后神经母细胞瘤的螺旋CT与超声表现特征,探讨两者对神经母细胞瘤的诊断价值与限度。方法:搜集经病理证实的小儿腹膜后神经母细胞瘤26例,均于同期行螺旋CT与超声检查,回顾性对比分析其CT和超声表现。结果:腹膜后神经母细胞瘤主要CT表现为类圆形、不规则形或分叶形实质性肿物,密度多不均匀,其内可伴钙化、坏死、囊变。增强扫描肿块呈非均匀强化,腹膜后大血管多被包绕。超声主要表现为腹膜后实质性肿物,轮廓清或不清,形态不整,内呈混杂回声,常表现为低回声区伴散在高回声。结论:腹膜后神经母细胞瘤的螺旋CT和超声表现均有一定特征,两种检查方法各有优势,合理应用可为临床诊断及治疗给予有力支持。Objective:To study various features of spiral CT and ultrasound in children neuroblastoma for the purpose of developing the diagnosis and scale of application.Methods:Collecting 26 pathology confirmed patients in neuroblastoma with diagnosis of feature of CT and ultrasound correspondingly,and to comparative analysis retrospectively.Results:Neuroblastoma's main CT manifestations include circular,irregular form or points leaf form substantial neoplasm,inside the calcification,necrosis,bursa change,enhance CT see non-uniform strengthened,Retroperitoneal large vessels could be surrounded.Neuroblastoma's main sonography retroperitoneal neoplasm,huge substantial outline clear or not clear,irregular form,is not the echoes,often in mixed with performance hypoechoic areas scattered on hyperechoic nodules.Conclusion:Retroperitoneal neuroblastoma spiral CT and sonographic findings all have certain characteristics,two inspection methods each have an advantage,the diagnosis will be improved by a current selection or be complementary of each other so that be helpful in evaluating and instructing clinic diagnosis.
