摘　　要：双胎输血综合征是发生于单绒毛膜双胎的一种严重并发症,胎儿死亡率高,存活儿可存在长期神经系统并发症,其发病机制与胎盘存在血管吻合有关,超声在双胎输血综合征的筛查、诊断、分级、治疗及预后评估中均发挥重要作用。Twin-twin transfusion syndrome is a serious complication in monochorionic twin pregnancy.It is associated with extremetly high mortality rate.Survivor may have a long term neurological complication.The sndrome is related to vascular placental anastomoses between the twin fetuses.Ultrasoundplays play a key role in screening,diagnosis,classification,treatment and evaluate prognosis of twin-twin transfusion syndrome.
