中青年军官吸烟与血细胞数量及代谢综合征的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究中青年军官吸烟与血细胞数量以及代谢综合征(MS)的关系,为MS的防治提供指导。方法选择494例来我院疗养体检的中青年军官,分别检测身高、体质量、血压、血脂、血糖和血常规等指标。运用SAS统计软件进行统计分析。结果中青年军官中吸烟组的年龄、血压、白细胞数量和血红蛋白含量以及三酰甘油均高于非吸烟组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。吸烟组MS的患病率为17.00%,非吸烟组MS的患病率为5.26%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);在吸烟组和非吸烟组中,MS患者的白细胞数和血红蛋白含量均高于非MS者。结论在中青年军官中吸烟与MS的患病率有关,吸烟和MS均能引起外周血中细胞数量的增加。Objective To investigate the relationship between smoking.blood cell count and metabolic syndrome(MS) in young and middled-aged military officer.Methods The number of research subjects was 494 from the young and middled-aged military officer recuperated in our sanatorium.Fasting plasma glucose(FPG),blood lipids,body mass index,blood pressure(BP)and blood cell count of all sample population were measured,analysed by SAS statistical soft.Results The age,blood pressure,white blood cell count and hemoglobin and triglycerides in in young and middled-aged military officer were different from that in the controls(P<0.05);The prevalence of MS with smoke was 17.00%and the prevalence of MS without smoke was 5.26%by CDS criterion(P<0.01).The white blood cell and hemoglobin in MS patients were higher than that in the controls(P<0.05).Conclusion These date suggested that current smoking was related with MS and can increase the circulating white blood cell count in the young and middled-aged military officer.
