摘  要:目的了解环境气温骤降对人体血压和血常规的影响。方法测量由有供暖地到无供暖地18名飞行员的血压、血常规,并于1周后复查。结果血压由(120.54±12.22)/(76.08±5.29)mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa)改变为(115.15±12.43)/(68.38±7.91)mmHg,红细胞计数由(5.391±1.095)×1012/L改变为(4.733±0.984)×1012/L,血红蛋白由(170.88±16.89)g/L改变为(146.69±14.26)g/L,白细胞计数由(6.833±1.273)×109/L改变为(5.917±1.032)×109/L。上述变化经统计学处理,差异均有统计学意义。结论环境气温骤降会使人体血液浓缩,增加血液的黏滞度和血流阻力,应注意相应条件下对循环机能欠佳人员的保健措施,预防因此而导致的心血管事件。Objective Understanding of the impact of environment temperature plummets on human blood pressure and blood. Methods Measured from a heating region to region without heating the blood pressure and blood of 18 pilots,and reviewed after one week.Results Blood pressure changed from (120.54±12.22)/(76.08±5.29)mmHg (1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)to(115.15±12.43)/(68.38±7.91)mmHg,red blood cells count changed from(5.391±1.095)×1012/L to(4.733±0.984)×1012/L,hemoglobin changed from(170.88±16.89)g/L to(146.69±14.26)g/L,white blood cells count changed from the (6.833±1.273) ×109 /L to (5.917 ±1.032)×109 /L,the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion Sudden drop in temperature caused the body to the blood concentration,increased blood viscosity and vascular resistance,so we should pay attention to the staff of poor circulation function and provide health care measures,prevention of cardiovascular events such causes.
