摘  要:目的观察兴城矿泉浴对高性能战斗机飞行员血清铁(SI)、血红蛋白(Hb)和红细胞计数(RBC)的影响。方法高性能战斗机飞行员53名,其中行矿泉浴高性能战斗机飞行员(观察组)30名,未行矿泉浴高性能战斗机飞行员(对照组)23名,疗养前、后测定SI、Hb及红细胞指标。结果疗养前、后观察组SI、Hb、平均细胞红细胞体积(MCV)/红细胞分布宽度(RDW)、红细胞平均血红蛋白含量(MCH)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)比较均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01~0.05),RBC、血细胞比容(Hct)、MCV、RDW降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01~0.05);疗养后观察组SI、Hb、MCV/RDW、MCHC较对照组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01~0.05),观察组Hct、MCV、RDW较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论兴城矿泉浴能够使高性能战斗机飞行员SI浓度升高,Hb合成增加,而红细胞生成减少,可降低红细胞的黏度,增强红细胞的变形能力,可以提高战斗机飞行员缺氧耐受力,偿还氧债,缓解军事飞行疲劳,为航卫保障工作提供了一种有效的方法。Objective To observe the impact of Xingcheng mineral spring bath on high-performance fighter pilots' serum iron,hemoglobin and red blood cell count.Methods 53 high-performance fighter pilots,among of them,30 high-performance fighter pilots bathed with mineral spring bath(observation group);23 high-performance fighter pilots did not bathed with mineral spring bath(control group),after convalescence,determined the serum iron,hemoglobin and erythrocyte indicators.Results Before and after convalescence,observation group's serum iron,hemoglobin,mean corpuscular volume(MCV)/red cell distribution width(RDW),mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH),mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration were all significantly higher,it had statistical significance(P<0.01~0.05),and red blood cell count,hematocrit(Hct),MCV,RDW were all lower,it had statistical significance(P<0.01~0.05);after convalescence observation group's SI,Hb,MCV/RDW,MCHC compared with control group's was increased and had statistical significance(P<0.01~0.05),observation group's Hct,MCV,RDW compared with control group were lower had statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion Xingcheng mineral spring bath could increase the high-performance fighter pilots' serum iron and make Hb synthesis more,but RBC generated was lower,it could reduce the viscosity of red blood cells,enhance the deformability of red blood cells.It could improve hypoxia tolerance of high-performance fighter pilots,and pay the owe oxygen,release the fatigue of flight,so as to provide an effective method for the aviation security work.
