海水浴康复体疗操对在职疗养高血压患者椎-基动脉血流动力学影响

摘　　要：目的探讨一组在职疗养的高血压患者海水浴康复体疗运动前后的大脑椎-基动脉的血流动力学变化。方法对86例在职高血压病患者疗养期间做4个疗程的海水浴康复体疗操运动。应用TCD超声检查疗养前后的双侧椎动脉、基底动脉,对比血流平均速度(Vm)、血管阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)的测值变化,并设未疗养门诊同类患者50例作对照组。结果本组患者疗养前脑椎-基动脉血流呈低流速、高阻力状态,经4个疗程海水浴康复体疗操运动后,平均血流速度明显增高,RI与PI明显降低(P<0.01),而对照组变化则不明显(P>0.05);两组疗前测值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);疗后各测值差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论海水浴康复体疗操是一项有氧运动,一定疗程后对在职疗养高血压患者椎-基动脉血流动力学起到显著改善作用,对脑动脉疾病具有理想的康复效果。Objective To discuss the effect of sea-water bath rehabilitation exercise for vertebral and basilar artery(VBA)of the hypertension soldier on the job.Methods 86 cases hypertenxion soldiers on the job did sea-water bath rehabilitation exercise(exercise group).Before and after the 4 courses of sea-water bath rehabilitation exercise treatment,used transcranial Doppler sonography(TCD) to check hypertension soldier's VBA indexes:blood mean velocity(Vm)、vascular resistance index(RI),pulsatility index(PI),and compared to the 50 cases hypertension soldiers on the job with no convalescence treatme out-patient clinic(contrast group).Results Bfore the convalescence treatment the VBA of the hypertension soldier on the job shew low flow rate and high resistance state,and two groups were no difference(P>0.05).After 4 courses of sea-water bath rehabilitation exercise treatment,Vm of exercise group increased significantly(P<0.01),RI and PI of exercise group degraded significantly(P<0.01);after 1 month follow-up visit,the contrast group was no difference(P>0.05).After 1 month,all indexes of VBA of two groups were difference significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Sea-water bath rehabilitation exercise is a comprehensive aerobic exercise.After the courses of rehabilitation treatment,VBA of the hypertension soldier on the job improves significantly and gains ideal rehabil therapeutic effect.
