摘　　要：目的针对影响高原战区疗养基层军官健康认知水平的因素进行护理干预。方法选择2005—2009年来我院疗养的916名高原战区基层军官,通过问卷调查,比较护理干预前后对健康知识的掌握程度。结果护理干预后各年龄段健康认知知晓率较干预前有不同程度的提高。结论通过有针对性的教育方式和干预措施,有效地减少了年龄对健康认知的影响,使基层军官的健康认知整体水平得到提高。Objective To conduct nursing intervention against the factors that affect the health awareness level among the basic level officer convalescents on the plateau war zone.Methods 916 basic level officer convalescents from 2005 to 2009 were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey,from which to compare the health awareness level before and after the nursing intervention.Results The health awareness level was obviously increased after the nursing intervention among different ages.Conclusion Through nichetargeting educational methods and interventions,the influence of age on health awareness was effectively diminished,so that the whole level of health awareness among the basic level officers was increased.
