摘  要:目的研究轰炸机飞行员颈部各肌群的强度并探讨颈肌训练的方法和效果。方法 24例轰炸机飞行员按年龄分为N1组(21~30岁)、N2组(31~40岁)和N3组(41~50岁),每组各8例。采用CME-1飞行员颈肌训练器对其进行为期3周共9次的颈部各肌群(前、后、左、右)的强度训练,第1、3、4、6、7和9次为等长训练模式,第2、5和8次为可变阻力和可变速度训练(CVR)模式,记录第1(T1组)和第9(T9组)次训练所有飞行员前、后、左、右各肌群的平均颈肌强度以及平均10s最大冲量。结果①训练前N3组向前、后、左、右各肌群平均颈肌强度和平均10s最大冲量值低于其他组(P<0.05)。②训练3周各年龄组各肌群的平均颈肌强度、平均10s最大冲量的均值均无差异(P>0.05)。③第9次训练各肌群的平均颈肌强度和平均10s最大冲量值的均值较第1次数值均有显著提高(P<0.05);训练3周所有飞行员各肌群的平均颈肌强度均值的相对增长率分别为47.5%、37.3%、51.1%和47.3%,平均10s最大冲量均值的相对增长率分别为56.5%、39.9%、59.9%和55.3%。结论①训练前40岁以上轰炸机飞行员各肌群颈肌强度较低;训练后各年龄组轰炸机飞行员各肌群颈肌强度无差异。②CME-1飞行员颈肌训练器能有效提高轰炸机飞行员的颈肌强度。Objective To evaluate the strength of neck muscles of bomber pilots and the effects of the strength training.Methods 24 military pilots from 3 groups,i.e.N1 group(age group of 21~30),N2 group(age group of 31~40)and N3 group(age group of 41~50),8 in each group,received strength training in neck muscles,all together 9 times in 3 weeks.The training was carried out by CME-1 Neck Muscle Training Machine.Among the 9-time training,the 1st,3rd,4th,6th,7th and 9th were isometric exercises,the 2nd,5th and 8th were changeable velocity and resistant(CVR)exercises.The mean of peak muscle strength and the mean of peak impulse in 10 seconds of the extension,flexion,left and right lateral bending directions of the neck muscles were recorded in the 1st and 9th time training.Results ①In the 1st time training,the mean of peak muscle strength and the mean of peak impulse in 10 seconds of the four mentioned directions of the neck muscles in the N3 group,were obviously lower than that of the other two groups(P<0.05).②In the 9th time training,the mean of peak muscle strength and the mean of peak impulse in 10 seconds of the four directions of the neck muscles showed no difference among the N1,N2 and N3 groups.③The mean of peak muscle strength and the mean of peak impulse in 10 seconds of all the directions of the neck muscles of all bomber pilots in the 9th time training,were significantly higher than that in the 1st time training.After 3 weeks' training,the relative increment of the mean of peak muscle strength of the four directions of the neck muscles were 47.5%,37.3%,51.1% and 47.3% respectively,while the relative increment of the mean of peak impulse in 10 seconds were 56.5%,39.9%,59.9% and 55.3% respectively.Conclusion ①Neck muscular strength in the four directions of the age group of 41~50 bomber pilots were relatively weaker than that of the other 2 groups before training.And after 3 weeks' training,neck muscular strength in four directions showed no difference among the N1,N2 and N3 groups.②CME-1 Neck Muscle
