半合成糖肽类抗生素的研究进展

摘　　要：综述了糖肽类抗生素的结构特征、作用机制、细菌耐药机制以及包括氨基、糖基、羧基、芳环等位点的化学修饰的研究进展,简介几种近年上市或进入Ⅲ期临床研究的半合成糖肽类抗生素。The structural characteristics,antibacterial mechanisms of the glycopeptide antibiotics and bacterial resistance mechanisms as well as the advances of chemical modifications on amino,glucosyl,carboxyl,aromatic ring in the glycopeptide framework are reviewed,several semisynthetic glycopeptide antibiotics marketed or entered into phaseⅢ clinical trials in recent years are introduced.
