祖师麻关节止痛膏中四种活性成分的毛细管气相色谱法测定

摘　　要：建立了毛细管气相色谱法同时测定祖师麻关节止痛膏中的樟脑、薄荷脑、冰片和水杨酸甲酯。以正辛醇为内标,用挥发油测定器蒸馏制备供试品溶液,采用PEG-20M石英毛细管柱,氢火焰离子检测器。樟脑、薄荷脑、冰片和水杨酸甲酯分别在30～480、35～560、33～520和30～472μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,回收率分别为99.2%、99.1%、99.1%和99.0%,RSD分别为0.8%、0.7%、0.9%和1.1%。A capillary gas chromatography was established for the determination of camphor,menthol,borneol and methyl salicylate in Zushima Guanjie Zhitong strappings.n-Octanol was used as the internal standard.The sample solution was prepared by distillation with essential oil collector.A PEG-20M capillary column was used with a flame ionization detector.The calibration curves of camphor,menthol,borneol and methyl salicylate were linear in the concentration ranges of 30-480,35-560,33-520 and 30-472 μg/ml.The average recoveries were 99.2%,99.1%, 99.1% and 99.0%,with RSDs of 0.8%,0.7%,0.9% and 1.1%,respectively.
