摘 要:目的:回顾性对比研究X线牙片和锥形束CT在非牙髓治疗牙齿根纵折中的诊断。方法:回顾性对比研究28例32颗非牙髓治疗牙齿根纵折的X线牙片和锥形束CT(Plameca)检查结果。结果:在32颗牙齿中,X线牙片能明确诊断的有24颗牙齿,其中下颌第一磨牙15颗,前磨牙3颗,上颌磨牙近中颊根6颗。8颗上颌磨牙腭根发生根纵折仅靠X线牙片难以诊断,需要锥形束CT检查明确诊断。结论:锥形束CT在非牙髓治疗牙齿根纵折的诊断中明显优于X线牙片。Objectives:We sought to investigate the use of cone beam computer tomography for diagnosing vertical root fracture of nonendodontically treated teeth when compared with conventional periapical radiography.Method: 32 nonendodontically treated teeth from 28 suspected patients of vertical root fracture by clinical and periapical radiography examination were investigated with cone beam computer tomography.The subjects observed involved Fourteen maxillary molars,fifteen mandibular molars,and three premolars.Results:Vertical root fractures were confirmed in all the 32 teeth by cone beam computer tomography(CBCT) and subsequent extraction while periapical radiographies only detected fractures in 24 teeth.Vertical root fractures in eight palatal roots of maxillary molars failed to be detected in routine dental radiography were easily outlined by CBCT scan.CBCT Images can distinctly demonstrate the fracture lines,orientation of lines and surrounding bone loss in three dimensions.Conclusions:CBCT is superior to periapical radiography in detection of vertical root fractures of nonendodontically treated teeth.
