摘 要:目的:观察PAMD(蝙蝠葛酚性碱)对局灶性脑缺血Wistar大鼠神经系统受损后的保护作用,并研究PAMD作用的机制。方法:采用线栓法阻断大鼠右侧的大脑中动脉(MCAO),复制局灶性脑缺血实验动物模型,观察PAMD对大鼠脑缺血后不同时间段相关蛋白NF-κBp65表达的影响,以此探讨PAMD对脑缺血的神经保护作用机制。结果:PAMD能抑制MCAO模型大鼠大脑皮质NF-κBp65蛋白表达的情况。结论:PAMD对大鼠局灶性脑缺血受损组织具有一定的保护作用,据推断PAMD保护机制可能与PAMD影响抑制炎症反应相关蛋白NF-κBp65的表达有关。Objective:To study and explore the neuroprotective effects and the further mechanism of Phenolie Alkaloidsfrom MenisPermum Daurieum on cerebral ischemia in rats.Methods:In order to observe the neuroprotective effect of Phenolie Alkaloidsfrom MenisPermum Daurieum on cerebral ischemia,the rats with incomplete cerebral ischemia were induced with fishing lines in the middle cerebral artery(MCA) and then were executed after cerebral ischemia.It was detected the effects of Phenolie Alkaloidsfrom MenisPermum Daurieum on protein expression of NF-κBp65 with immuneohistochemical method.Results:PAMD could inhibit the expression of NF-κBp65 protein of model rats.Conclusion:Phenolie Alkaloidsfrom MenisPermum Daurieum has a protective effect on cerebral ischemia and the mechanism of Phenolie Alkaloidsfrom MenisPermum Daurieum against cerebral ischemia is related to inhibiting anti-inflammatory action and affecting the related expression of NF-κBp65 protein interrelated with anti-inflammatory action.
