中药脱敏清水丸治疗颜面过敏性皮炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:通过研究观察中药脱敏清水丸对血液中嗜酸性粒细胞以及血清中总IgE的影响及临床疗效,分析颜面部过敏性皮炎皮损的消退变化与血液中嗜酸性粒细胞及血清中总IgE测定指标改变的关系,认识中医中药治疗颜面部过敏性皮炎的优势与机理。方法:本课题研究的60例患者均来自2008年3月～2009年12月到黑龙江中医药大学附属第二医院美容科就诊的典型颜面部过敏性皮炎的患者,患者被随机分为两组,治疗组30例,口服中药脱敏清水丸,日两次,每次6g,对照组30例,口服扑尔敏,日三次,每次40mg,观察两组患者治疗颜面皮损的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率是83.3%,对照组总有效率是56.7%,两组比较有显著性差异(χ2=5.079,P<0.025),说明治疗组治疗颜面部过敏性皮炎的临床疗效明显优于对照组。结论:中药脱敏清水丸具有凉血清热,祛风解毒的作用,比使用西药治疗效果更显著,无毒副作用,在控制复发方面明显优于西药。Objective:To observe the effect of Chinese patent drug named desensitization pills on lowering the number of blood eosinophils and total serum IgE and its clinical efficacy in this medical research,analyze the relationship between the change of facial allergic dermatitis lesions and the lower of blood eosinophils and serum total IgE.Determination of the relationship between indicators of change,and understanding Chinese medicine treatment for facial allergic dermatitis,to further clarify the mechanism and the advantages of treatment by Chinese patent drug named desensitization pills.Methods:the research of the subject was 60 patients from the beauty section of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from March 2008 to December 2009.Patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was 30 cases,and the therapy was used by the oral traditional Chinese medicine named dicensitization pills 2times a day orally 6 grams each time;The control group of 30 patients were used western medicine chlorpheniramine,3times a day orally each 40 mg.Observe patients before and after treatment according to the changes of facial lesions.Results:Efficiency of the treatment group was 83.3%,the clinical effect of the control group was 56.7%.There were significant differences(χ2=5.079,P<0.025),which indicated that the clinical efficacy of treatment group is superior to the control group.Conclusion:Chinese medicine named desensitization pills can eliminate the toxic heat of blood,and expel wind detoxification role in therapy,and the treatment result is better than the treatment by the use of western chlorpheniramine,and has no side effects.The control of recurrence is significantly better than the latter.
