摘　　要：网络银行是20世纪金融领域出现的最具影响力的创新之一。这种创新,不只是将现有银行业务简单移植上网,更为重要的是它改变了传统银行的经营模式和经营理念,形成了一种新型的银行产业组织形式。作为新型银行组织方式,网络银行在性质、成本、业务方式、经营管理模式、资产负债结构、风险和监管等方面都与传统银行存在着明显的差异。As a result of the development of network technology and financial innovation, internet bank has become a new type of financial institution. It has changed the management model and management idea of traditional bank. This paper comparatively analyses the difference between the internet bank and the traditional one in nature, cost, business organization, management model, asset liability structrue, risk and supervision, etc.
