摘  要:目的:研究 bax、bcl-2基因在单纯和放射复合伤口愈合中的表达规律及与细胞凋亡和愈合延迟的关系。方法:用 TUNEL 原位末端标记法检测细胞凋亡,用核酸原位杂交方法检测 bax、bcl-2mRNA 表达并进行定量分析。结果:(1)照射后细胞凋亡出现的频度及延续的时间明显高于单伤组;(2)伤口愈合过程中 bax、bel-2表达随着细胞凋亡的增加呈规律性改变:bax 表达明显增强,且与细胞凋亡发生有良好的相应关系;而 bcl-2呈明显下降趋势。结论:bax 和 bcl-2在放射复合伤口愈合细胞凋亡的调控和愈合延迟中起着重要作用。Objective:To study the relationship between the expressions of bax and bcl-2 genes and apoptosis and delayed wound healing in simple wound and radiation combined wound of rats.Methods;Apoptosis and bax and bcl-2 mRNA were determined by in situ terminal labeling (TUNEL) and in situ hybridization methods.Results: The frequency and duration of apoptosis in radiation compound wound group were significantly higher than those in simple wound group.In the process of wound healing,the expression of bax and bcl-2 genes showed that bax in- creased evidently with a corresponding increase in apoptosis,while the expression of bcl-2 was decreased obvious- ly.Conclusions;bax and bcl-2 genes played an important role in the regulation of apoptosis and delayed wound healing of radiation combined wound in rats.
