摘 要:目的:研究放射复合伤口愈合中外周血 T 淋巴细胞亚群的变化规律及其与愈合延迟的关系。方法:用碱磷酶免疫组织化学方法检测 T 淋巴细胞亚群。结果:伤口区病理形态学观察表明,大剂量局部照射后能导致伤口愈合延迟;照射后白细胞数出现下降,伤后3~5d 降低较为明显,显著低于单纯伤口组;伤后两组动物外周血 T 淋巴细胞及其亚群均出现降低,然而照射组始终低于单伤组,至伤后28d 仍然有显著性差别。结论:照射后外周血 TObjective:To study the changes in peripheral T lymphocyte subpopulations and their relationship to radiation-delayed wound healing of rats.Methods;Peripheral T lymphocyte subpopulations were determined by immunohistochemical method.Results;It was found that the local large doses radiation could induce the delayed wound healing of rats;white blood cells decreased after radiation and it was obvious on days 3,5 after radiation: T lymphocyte subpopulation of both groups showed decrement after wound,however,the decrement in radiation combined group was more evident than that in simple wound group,and up to day 28 after wound there was still significant difference between them.Conclusions;The decrement of peripheral T lymphocyte subpopulations and the decrease of white blood cells might be the important factors associated with radiation-delayed wound healing in rats.
