摘  要:目的:研究端侧神经吻合后再生轴突的成熟情况。方法:以耳大神经制成端侧吻合的神经模型。将16只新西兰兔按手术后的时间分为1、4、7、14、28、42、56、84天8个观察组,每组2只动物。利用HE染色及光学显微镜分析实验结果。结果:再生轴突的横截面积逐渐增加。再生轴突的通过率随吻合手术时间的延长不断增加,28天时,少量再生的轴突长入受神经,其再生通过率是16.3%,42天为38.9%,56天55.9%,84天时达到61.2%。结论:端侧神经吻合后再生的纤维逐步成熟,该修复方法具有一定的临床运用价值。Objective: To study the maturation of regenerating axon after end-to-side neurorrhaphy. Methods: A rabbit model of the greater auricular nerve end-to-side anastomosis was established. 16 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 1-, 4-, 7-, 14-, 28-, 42-, 56- and 84-day groups. The nerve samples of regenerating axon were stained with HE, and the results were examined with image analysis technique with computer. Results: The cross section area of the regenerating axon increased gradually with elapse of postoperative. The nerve regeneration ratio was 16.3%, 38.9%, 55.9% and 61.2% on 28-, 42-, 56- and 84-POD respectively day. Conclusion: The regenerating nerve fiber matured step by step after end-to-side neurorrhaphy: the technique of nerve anastomosis is feasible for repairing nerve injury.
