芪术胃安颗粒对大鼠实验性慢性胃炎的治疗作用

摘　　要：[目的 ]观察芪术胃安颗粒对大鼠实验性慢性胃炎的药理作用 .[方法 ]建立大鼠实验性慢性胃炎模型 ,用滴定法测定胃液游离酸度 ,用麦氏法测定胃蛋白酶活性 ,并观察胃组织的病理改变 .[结果 ]灌胃给予芪术胃安颗粒 5 0 0 ,2 5 0 ,1 2 5 g/kg可明显增加大鼠体重 ,提高大鼠胃液游离酸度和胃蛋白酶活性 ,减少胃粘液量 ,一定程度地增加胃泌素含量 .芪术胃安颗粒明显减轻大鼠实验性慢性胃炎的病理变化 .[结论 ]芪术胃安颗粒对大鼠实验性慢性胃炎具有治疗作用 .OBJECTIVE?To study the therapeutic effect s of the Qizhuweian granule for chronic gastritis in rats.?METHODS?Rats model of the chronic gastritis (CS) was established. The free acid of ga stric juice was measured with titration, the pepsin activity was measured and th e pathological changes of gastric tissue was observed.?RESULTS?After administrating 5.00,2.50,1.25?g/kg of the Qizhuweian granule, the weight of rats and the free acid of gastric juice were increased, the pepsin act ivity obviously enhanced, gastric mucus reduced, and the content of gastrin incr eased. The Qizhuweian granule obviously lightened the pathological changes of CG .?CONCLUSION?The Qizhuweian granule has therapeutic ef fects for the experimental CG in rats.
